Shane T. Frank is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of alliantgroup. Coming from a background in corporate law and Fortune 500 companies, Shane T. Frank offers a plethora of expertise to aid alliantgroup’s continued growth. A highly experienced entrepreneur, Shane T. Frank’s main interests include cryptocurrency, international trade, and technology. 

A member of The University of Texas at Austin’s class of 1994, Shane T. Frank earned his B.A. in Government before spending a majority of his career as a partner at a prominent corporate law firm. During his tenure, Shane represented a number of Fortune 500 companies. His time spent in that capacity eventually inspired him to spearhead the National Operations and Tax Controversy practice, a branch of the alliantgroup enterprise.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Shane T. Frank dedicates his time to overseeing The Frank Family Foundation, a fund his family established to provide financial assistance to aspiring entrepreneurs within their community. As a part of that initiative, Shane gifted funds to his alma mater, thus creating the Leonard Eichner Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Engineering in honor of his late grandfather.
